Do you find yourself acting from a place that’s not you? Are you tired of repeating the same patterns, but don’t know how to change? Are you struggling to end a relationship, adjust your current one, or wanting to grow the relationship with yourself? These are some of the things I engage with. I also work with those struggling with general stress and overwhelm, sexuality, self-harm, communication and boundaries, life-transitions and endings, eating disorders and addiction struggles, and family dynamics and conflict. I hold space relationally with my clients, am psychoanalytically minded, and utilize a somatic approach in therapy. Our thoughts and behaviors follow form, form which shows itself through our physical aliveness. When one is inundated with anxiety, or feeling the pings of excitement that life can often bring- the body takes shape. I can help you find agency and choice in how you are living yourself, in the many layers to your world.
