Whether you are a college student away from home for the first time, struggling with your role as a new parent, or dealing with the loss of a caregiver I am here to help. I use a client centered approach to develop a customized evidence based treatment plan to meet your individual needs so you know that you are seen and heard. I am certified in perinatal mental health and trained in EMDR therapy which can help you process traumatic events.
