Life can be difficult, and we can all use some support sometimes. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place where we can collaboratively develop goals that are important to you. I have experience working with people who are facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma symptoms, grief, and more. My approach involves integrating evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. Additionally, Mindfulness and attention paid to relevant past experiences/relationships can also be helpful. Together we can determine a path that makes sense to you as the client.
