Hi! I'm Rachel. I am passionate about supporting kids, teens, young adults, and families who are struggling and feeling stuck and hopeless. My ideal clients include (but are not limited to!) kids having difficulty with emotional regulation, kids navigating their parents' divorce, teens experiencing depression, and young adults wanting to heal from relational trauma. These clients want to feel heard by someone, more safe and regulated, to more deeply understand themselves, and to find a more hopeful way forward. My goal is to guide and support you in moving towards this.
