Hello! I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland. I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Master's in Community Trauma Counseling. My work primarily focuses on trauma, attachment issues. I support adults and couples who are struggling with relationship issues. I also support adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I believe that we all face barriers and struggles throughout our lives and we deserve to be seen, heard, and validated in these experiences. In therapy, we can help challenge and process these behaviors and experiences.
