I use a client-centered, strength-based method where we'll explore your unique skills and build a plan together to develop new tools. This personalized process helps you confidently work towards your goals.You'll find me to be an understanding and empathetic therapist, but also straightforward and honest when needed, I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. I also love supporting couples and families. I have extensive experience helping to improve family functioning, and I've received additional training in parent education and cooperative parenting to best serve those dynamics.
