I’m a trauma-informed therapist who sees clients in Florida both in personal and virtually. I believe healing begins with a reconnection to your Self, while supported by safe relationships and practices that help you listen to your body with curiosity and compassion. I use Internal Family Systems-informed therapy (parts work), mindfulness practices, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and spiritual integration (when desired).
