I am a LCSW in the state of Illinois and have been practicing for over 10 years. I have experience in the health care field, working with adults, understanding the aging process, and the many ways that grief appears in our lives. I am a certified grief counselor and help my clients to understand, normalize, and accept the grieving process as they work through these difficult feelings. My practice is focused on using a supportive and collaborative approach to help my clients find strength and resilience in their lives. I help people struggling with grief, depression and anxiety to work through these challenging emotions and live with more hope. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief Therapy, and Supportive Therapy in my work with clients. My goal is for my clients to always feel heard and supported.
