I am licensed in Kentucky & Indiana and specialize in working with couples, adult families and individuals. I'm trained in EFT and EMDR and am accepting new clients. I help clients overcome emotional distress and heal from affairs/infidelity betrayals so they can resolve conflict, heal wounds, and build strong bonds. Many people seeing me struggle to understand relational needs, de-escalate conflict, and create emotional safety. I often see the lightbulb moment for clients when they finally feel heard and understood by their partner, share vulnerabilities, and see the negative interactive pattern driven by unmet emotional needs. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients achieve lasting positive changes and healing from infidelity and other attachment injuries. I’ve combined my Couple and Family Therapy master's degree with consistent training to provide an evidence-based approach to transforming emotional responses to create secure bonds.
