Hi, my name is Rachel! I believe therapy is most meaningful when it’s collaborative and grounded in trust—and that real healing happens with compassion and curiosity. I view therapy as a flexible process in which we work together to explore your goals at your own pace. I value the strength it takes to show up for yourself and hold space for how challenging—and how beautiful—the human experience can be. Therapy with me is not about labeling or fixing—it’s about deepening your understanding of yourself, building insight, and developing tools to help you navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of growth. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults across a range of settings, including inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
