Life can be filled with trauma, difficulties, and unexpected turns. It is easy to be overwhelmed by daily tasks or by unhealed wounds from the past. At times, it can feel like the struggles of life define us. When this occurs, guidance is sometimes needed to work through issues, to improve oneself, or to learn skills to manage symptoms and struggles. My mission in counseling is to assist my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves they can be to live a happy and fulfilling life. My goal is to establish rapport to create a safe space where the therapeutic process can occur. I feel it is a true privilege to work with others and to be a part of their journey through life.
