My approach to therapy is collaborative and creative, rooted in an appreciation and respect for each human being that chooses to work with me as they move towards greater wholeness in their lives. I see my role as offering support and guidance to help each person in their own unique process of growth and healing. I offer training in various skills that may be useful in the process, depending on the client’s individual needs. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in cognitive skill building, mindfulness, expressive arts therapies, play therapy, systems theory, and somatic therapy.
