I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and related conditions. I have expertise in working with adolescents, adults, families, and parents of children with special needs. I strongly believe that treatment is most successful in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I work collaboratively with each client to set and work towards personal goals. Therapy can be short term or long term; some clients come weekly for 3 to 4 months until symptoms decrease, while others remain in therapy for longer periods of time.
