If you want to feel more in control, secure, and at ease in your life, I have a passion for helping you get there. I work best with people who are motivated for change and insight, but are also curious about themselves. I love helping individuals and couples work through relationship difficulties, life changes/transitions, and get rid of behaviors that are no longer serving them. I also specialize in and am passionate about working with high achieving professionals (like medical professionals) who are contending with issues like stress/burn out, professionalism, and communication issues.
