I love connecting with adults across the lifespan to begin or continue healing processes. I work with adults grappling with experiences of trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, shame, anxiety, grief, and more. Every part of you is welcome in therapy with me, including the parts that feel the scariest to look at, talk about, and understand. Together, we will use curiosity and compassion to gain understanding of where these challenges come from, how you connect with yourself and others, and what balance and peace might look like for you.
