My hope is to be part of a movement to help normalize mental health as a regular part of self-care. My mission as a counselor is to help my clients address the root of the problem as well as gain tools to manage daily challenges. I love the famous saying “An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure.” I believe this fits in with my passion of helping my clients not only heal from current issues, but also providing them the skills to manage life in the future.
