Rachel Howard is a clinical therapist in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Rachel is passionate about helping individuals and families experience lasting healing through culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy. She specializes in working with underserved communities and diverse populations, particularly adolescents and young adults – striving to create a safe, and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. As an Army Reservist herself, Rachel enjoys working with military veterans – helping them to identify, process, and cope with various forms of PTSD and adjustment disorders. Her approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and trauma-informed practices, as Rachel holds a certification in ARC Trauma Training.
