I see my role as that of a sounding board for options, with the final decision for action made by the client. Through empathetic questioning, acceptance and reframing we will discover the underlying reason for your current issue. My approach is supportive, with a focus on resolution. It is your time, your agenda. I work with adults and adolescents. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationships and life transitions, although I work with a wide variety of other issues.
