I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have a broad and impactful scope of practice, especially in working with clients facing emotional distress, job changes, relationship concerns, parenting issues, postpartum, and substance use. I hope to help my clients navigate life's challenges through supportive and evidenced based interventions. I offer a compassionate and person-centered approach utilizing skills and interventions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Living Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Counseling.
