I am particularly good at helping people with difficulties and dissatisfactions in their relationships; relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and with romantic partners, or lack thereof. Many of these relationships come down to how we interact with ourselves. What we want and need to feel safe, happy, secure and interested. If you are struggling in relationships I can help you clarify your feelings and needs and think about how to get more of what you want. My approach is compassionate, engaging, warm, intelligent, gently direct, and infused with humor when appropriate.
