I am here to support your healing and growth, with an emphases in complex trauma work. My approach is trauma focused, using EMDR and Structural Dissociation Theory, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master's of Social Work, from the University of Hawai'i, specializing in Mental Health.
