Starting therapy for the first time or starting with a new therapist can be challenging. I am here to make sure that this step forward is a positive one. I have a unique background of experience that has led me to this work with you today. This experience began in hospice, where I worked with individuals and families at the end of life. Since then, I have worked with individuals struggling with substance abuse and trauma, gained expertise within a women's health clinic with a focus specifically on women and the challenges faced in pregnancy, postpartum, due to pregnancy loss, menopause, anxiety, and depression.
