Hi! I’m Rachel, and I offer down-to-earth, systemically minded therapy for anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma. My practice focuses on three areas: 1. High-Exposure Careers: Supporting military, police, EMS, and disaster workers facing cumulative stress and trauma. 2. Sexual & Relational Healing: A non-judgmental space for sexual addiction/recovery, unwanted sexual behaviors, and betrayal trauma. 3. Deeper Healing: For anyone ready to explore lasting change. I also offer optional Christian counseling and am open to clients of all faiths—or none at all. This is totally optional.
