About
With 25 years of expertise working in the social work field, I am passionate about attachment-based work---whether that's exploring your early childhood experiences to find healing and understanding, or taking your experience of your own attachment history and using it as a lens through which to examine your current relationships with your children or partner. I enjoy focusing on the bonds that develop between parents and children, as well as the relationship we have with ourselves. In helping clients realize that big emotions and behaviors are often indicative of unmet needs, I aim to empower clients to meet those needs. These early times can feel exciting, but may also feel very stressful, confusing, and isolating for many mothers and fathers. I have extensive training and experience in working with perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, traumatic deliveries, and NICU stays and want to support you.
