I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with substance use, relationship difficulties, trauma, and women’s issues. I’m especially drawn to working with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others, yet are motivated to better understand what’s driving their challenges. My clients often want relief from symptoms, stronger and more fulfilling relationships, and a greater sense of stability and self-trust. In our sessions, we'll focus on building insight while also developing practical, usable tools that translate into real-life change. We'll move at a pace that feels safe but purposeful, helping you better understand your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build confidence in making decisions that align with your values.
