I'm a long time Californian and resident of the Bay Area. I get it. I'll help you process symptoms of anxiety, depression, guilt, and shame. We will also laugh a bit along the way. It is possible to learn new coping skills at any age! I also offer specialized services for the LGBT community, including transgender and nonbinary children, teens and adults.
