Hi, my name is Rachel Lane Cabrera I am a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a registered Art Therapist. I love being a therapist, it has offered me the greatest gift, to connect with others in an authentic way to support change and healing. I respect the way we have arrived at this point, due to complex forces-molding our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors over time. These patterns of being are challenging to see with clarity let alone change, I am sensitive to the hard work individuals dedicate to understanding themselves better in this process.
