I'm Rachel, nice to meet you! I have worked with some of the most complex populations, including those in acute psychiatric crisis. I typically use CBT, DBT, and a multitude of other evidence-based modalities to address areas of concern, including: Trauma, Complex Trauma, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, suicidality, neurodevelopmental disorders, life transitions, and family conflict. I approach therapy holistically using techniques that include mindfulness and meditation at the client's comfort and request. I work with individuals who feel stuck to make meaningful changes and maintain safety while learning to live a life worth living.
