I offer an inclusive, non-pathologizing and strengths-based atmosphere to support my clients in this brave work. My counseling approach is rooted in Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and Polyvagal and Attachment theory application, and informed by neurobiology and intersectionality in order to provide individualized care for each client’s unique needs. I often integrate psychoeducation, Interpersonal Processing, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as yoga and other non-traditional and liberatory practices. I work with clients of diverse backgrounds, identities and economic situations providing individual and group counseling related to personal growth, life transitions, sense of self & identity development, relationship difficulties, anxiety, chronic stress/illness, substance abuse, and burnout. I specialize in the treatment of trauma.
