I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship that is cooperative, trusting and encouraging. I aim to create a safe, open environment for my clients to express their feelings and work through issues while feeling accepted and validated. I am an active therapist that offers suggestions, tools, action plans and homework based upon my client’s needs. I consider myself direct and straight forward but also steady and nurturing. I bring my authentic self to the therapeutic relationship which includes small doses of humor and sarcasm when appropriate!
