I have experience in working with older kids (8+), teens, young adults and parents who are stuck in a cycle where they feel unable to change. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety and depression, and many are questioning whether there is more underneath. I have helped many families navigate the life-changing process of discovering and dealing with new diagnoses of ADHD (in particular girls and women), high functioning autism spectrum, learning disabilities, gifted issues and self-harm. I also work with kids struggling with behavioral issues and provide parent classes titled "When Everything's a Battle" and other topics.
