I create a space where you can be your true self, work through life’s challenges, and feel supported without judgment. I work with teens and adults on many of the struggles life throws at us, whether individually or in relationships. I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing anxiety, co-dependency, relationship and boundary-setting challenges, stress, and life transitions.
