I am currently accepting new patients. I love to work with people who seek to move beyond symptom management and are ready for a deeper process of self-knowledge and change as well as those who are forced by life circumstances to re-evaluate the foundations of their worldview, relationships, and sense of self. Change is most effective when it’s self-chosen as an outgrowth of insight, thus I will accompany you in looking deeply within yourself to bring into awareness unconscious aspects and to facilitate a process where you can grow more fully into your self and develop a greater sense of vibrancy, autonomy, and wholeness in life. My practice specializes in cult recovery, trauma-related diagnoses, professional burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary traumatic stress. I also offer clinical case consultations for mental health professionals interested in developing therapeutic competency with cult survivors.
