I believe that not only are you the expert of your own story, but you also have the ability to change your story at any given time. Oftentimes we find we are living out a life based on a “story” that no longer serves us. Perhaps we were given messages as children of our worth, or lack thereof. This story of what we believe about ourselves perpetuates patterns of behavior and choices in our lives. I hope to not only help you create new patterns, but also to understand where they came from in order to write a new story, one in alignment with your true self.
