You are not broken — but you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. I’m Rachel Meena, a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I offer individual therapy to adults in person in Charlotte, NC and virtually to clients in NC, SC, MN, and MA. Many of my clients come to me feeling trapped in cycles of worry, self-criticism, intrusive thoughts, or compulsive behaviors that feel impossible to control. It’s exhausting to be on high alert all the time or to live with constant “what if” thinking. I primarily use IFS but also integrate EMDR for deeper trauma healing and I-CBT for effective OCD treatment.
