I believe that the crux of good therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. Without trust and compassion, there is no place for progress to be made. I create a safe space for my clients, guiding them towards leading the life they have always envisioned for themselves. I specialize in treating high functioning millennial and gen-z adults who are struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and those experiencing infertility. My clients are frequently perfectionistic overachievers who want to better manage their anxiety and mood.
