As human beings we all crave connection, belonging, and to be seen and known by others. We live in a very disconnected society and my hope is to create a safe space for clients to connect with another human as their authentic selves. My goal is to help clients handle the stressors of our current political and cultural climate by providing quality, holistic, trauma-informed care. I hope clients leave session feeling empowered, nurtured and supported. With a combination of outdoor Walk and Talk therapy sessions, telehealth and in person, my intention is to meet you where you are!
