Rachel Lasarow is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in both New York (in-person) and Texas (virtually). Rachel specializes in the treatment of adolescence, adults, and couples experiencing trauma, and also treats depression, anxiety, mood and personality. Valuing the importance of evidence-based care, Rachel has advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work). In her clinical work, Rachel takes a goal-oriented approach within a variety of therapeutic modalities to to meet the unique needs of each of her clients.
