It can feel overwhelming not knowing how to help. As a play therapist in training supervised by Fiona Hill (Missouri / 2015009104), I specialize in working with children and adolescents to create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. Whether your teen is managing anxiety around a driver's test or your child needs help processing tough emotions, I use creative, evidence-based approaches to meet them where they are and help them thrive. I support those specifically children and teens facing trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and family transitions through play therapy and developmentally appropriate counseling. I create a warm, engaging environment, I help young clients express themselves, build coping skills, and grow in emotional strength and confidence.
