Beginning therapy is a first step towards achieving wellness and greater satisfaction in life. I provide a warm, supportive environment in which my clients can begin this important journey toward personal growth and enhanced quality of life. I bring enthusiasm and a sense of humor to the therapeutic environment. Treatment is driven by individual need and I am committed to using a variety of approaches and modalities to ensure treatment is client-centered. I specialize in working with adolescents and youth, though I work with all people of all ages in maximizing individual potential and allow changes to happen.
