I seek to serve those of all ages ranging from 10 years old, up through adulthood. With my unique education and professional experiences, I am able to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process as so desired. I am passionate about seeing the whole person and taking a holistic approach to seek healing with mind, body and spirit. Specific modalities I use to achieve this are CBT, Attachment Theory and my personal favorite, EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy). I am passionate about identifying and feeling the emotions that are attached to our experiences in childhood and present time, this is successful with couples!
