As a therapist I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, from children to adults, and a wide range of disorders from anxiety and depression to adjustment and school-related behavioral issues. I believe in an integrative and collaborative approach which allows individuals to participate in pathways to solutions. By integrating client-centered and psychodynamic practices with CBT, DBT, and skill-building, clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while simultaneously gaining skills to begin implementing change in daily life.
