I am a trauma and sex therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to heal from painful experiences, rebuild trust, and cultivate healthy relationships. My approach integrates trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy to help clients process and release past wounds while developing new patterns of safety, connection, and self-understanding. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma and sexual violence, as well as those navigating intimacy concerns, sexual health, and relationship challenges. As a sex therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space for exploring issues around desire and communication.
