Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who you are or where you’re headed can be incredibly isolating. I offer a compassionate, affirming space for teens, young adults, and queer individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and the impact of past experiences. As a Mental Health Counseling Graduate Intern with a strong background in working with children and adolescents, I understand how early relationships and experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-understanding, heal old wounds, and support you in living more authentically.
