I care deeply about supporting clients considering pregnancy, struggling with infertility, managing pregnancy, and parenting. During our initial sessions, we will explore your reasons for beginning therapy and discuss your desired changes. Collaboratively, we will develop goals for our time together. The following sessions will focus on challenges as they arise as well as experimenting with new ways of being. Keeping your goals in mind will help us see progress, highlight areas in need of greater attention, and celebrate your successes.
