In my work with couples, as well as with individuals and families, I strive to help people create the relationships they want. I approach therapy with a warm and collaborative style, asking non-judgmental questions and using a balance of sensitivity and humor. I find that people often get stuck in patterns of relating that aren't working for them, and I assist people in creating new habits, in which they feel heard, respected and cared for.
