Please know that I respect the process you have already begun and would be honored to support you. I truly enjoy working with clients who are seeking to heal and grow. Many of my clients have experienced trauma and significant life stressors, which often coincide with anxiety, depression, or PTSD. It's my hope that my office will be an emotionally safe space for you to heal old wounds, learn new skills, and build confidence in navigating life outside of the therapy space.
