Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve never been before or have had a hard time finding the right fit in the past. My goal is to make the process feel safe, comfortable, and supportive from day one. I take a person-centered approach, which means I focus on what matters most to you. I use a mix of tools, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to help you work through challenges in a way that fits your personality, values, and goals.
