About

You might be reading this because you feel like you’re only sharing the parts of yourself that make people feel comfortable, or you’re missing the playful, creative parts of yourself in your day to day life and relationships. Maybe somewhere along your journey you learned to conform your uniqueness or dismiss your feelings in order to belong. You stay silent in meetings, constantly judge yourself, and go with the flow even when it means betraying your own needs. All of this overthinking takes up energy and, worse, can leave you feeling small, alone, anxious, and like you're always hiding something. You deserve to feel fully seen. As a queer therapist with a background in dance and somatic therapies, I see the body as a window to our feelings and the place where healing happens. It can also be the site of many wounds making it hard to access. I bring an embodied and social justice approach to treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, body image/eating disorders, and LGBTQ issues.
