I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience in mental health counseling, treating both adult and adolescent clients diagnosed with a variety of psychiatric disorders, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, substance use disorder, and many others. I am passionate about helping clients build a life worth living. I utilize evidence-based techniques to support clients in building self-esteem and gaining coping skills as they learn to manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions.
